Delight& Bewitch french 75
• 1 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . lemon juice
• ¼ oz . grenadine
• 2 oz . sparkling wine
• Lemon twist, for garnish

• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 1 oz . dry vermouth
• 4 dashes orange bitters
• ½ fresh fig, for garnish
sweet G&T
gin&tonic
• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 6 oz . tonic water
• 6 whole black peppercorns
• Lime wheel & mint sprig for garnish
THE Gin Blossom
• 1 ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ¾ oz . Bianco vermouth, preferably Martini & Rossi
• ¾ oz . apricot eau de vie
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• Garnish: orange peel

• 1 ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . honey syrup*
• ¾ oz . lemon juice
Shake
• Top with soda & edible flower garnish
* ½ honey, ¼ hot water, ¼ sugar, and mix

• ¼ oz . Simple syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 2 dashes of chocolate bitter

NEAT

• Serve on a rock, fig garnish
HARLEQUIN
• 1 ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ¾ oz . Meletti
• ½ oz . Cocchi Torino
• 1 ⁄8 oz . Kummel
• Orange Peel Garnish
• Serve in a Nick & Nora

• 3 oz . Brut Sparkling Wine
• Sage Leaf Garnish
• Serve in a Flute

CHERRY WHIPLASH
• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 1 oz . Tart Cherry Juice
• ½ oz . Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
• ½ oz . Simple Syrup
• 4 drops of Clove Bitters Cremant
• Shake and strain into a coupe and garnish with a liquorice flogger

Paradis
• ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . Pineapple Juice
• ½ oz . Chambord
• ¼ oz . Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz . Simple Syrup
• 1 ½ oz . Chastenay Rose Cremant
• Mix the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a flute and top with the Chastenay Rose Cremant

• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• Mix with the liquor from 1 raw oyster
• Twist 1 strip of lemon peel over the glass to release a drop
Garnish: 1 fresh, raw oyster on a skewer

• 2 ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . dry vermouth
• ½ oz . olive brine
Garnish: 2 to 4 Olives
GIBSON

CHARTREUSE
