Delight& Bewitch french 75
• 1 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . lemon juice
• ¼ oz . grenadine
• 2 oz . sparkling wine
• Lemon twist, for garnish

• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 1 oz . sweet vermouth
• 4 dashes orange bitters
• ½ fresh fig, for garnish
sweet G&T
gin&tonic
• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 6 oz . tonic water
• 6 whole pink or black peppercorns
• Lime wheel & mint sprig for garnish
THE Gin Blossom
• 1 ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ¾ oz . Bianco vermouth, preferably Martini & Rossi
• ¾ oz . apricot eau de vie
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• Garnish: orange peel

• ½ oz . honey syrup*
• ¾ oz . lemon juice
Shake
• Top with soda & edible flower garnish

• Serve in a Flute

CHERRY WHIPLASH
• 2 oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• 1 oz . Tart Cherry Juice
• ½ oz . Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
• ½ oz . Simple Syrup
• 4 drops of Clove Bitters Cremant
• Shake and strain into a coupe and garnish with a liquorice flogger

Paradis
• ½ oz . Sweet Gwendoline French Gin
• ½ oz . Pineapple Juice
• ½ oz . Chambord
• ¼ oz . Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz . Simple Syrup
• 1 ½ oz . Chastenay Rose Cremant
• Mix the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a flute and top with the Chastenay Rose Cremant
